TenantSentry ("we", "us") is an Australian-owned and operated service that provides AI-assisted commercial lease auditing, delivered primarily through accountants, bookkeepers and tenant advisors ("partners"). We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your documents with landlords, property managers or any other third party outside the engagement they were uploaded for.
We apply a tiered retention approach. Audit documents and reports processed through a partner engagement are retained so the engagement history can be re-opened, re-downloaded and re-audited — with consent, and deletable on request. Aggregate analytics are de-identified. Where a free or anonymous check is offered, documents are analysed in memory and not retained beyond the check itself.
Data is stored with Australian-region infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the partner firm that owns the engagement and to authorised TenantSentry personnel for review and support purposes.
Our audit engine uses large language models to analyse documents. Documents are processed in closed, commercial API environments — they are not used to train public AI models.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time using the contact form on this website. If you are a client of one of our partner firms, we may coordinate with that firm to action your request.
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
