TenantSentry is an AI-assisted lease-audit platform. It analyses commercial leases, Heads of Agreement, invoices and outgoings statements, and produces findings, reports and draft correspondence. The service is delivered primarily through accountants, bookkeepers and tenant advisors ("partners"), who review findings before they are released to their clients.
TenantSentry provides information and analysis, not legal advice, and is not a law firm. Findings identify risk indicators and potential discrepancies by reference to lease terms and applicable legislation. Decisions about whether and how to act on findings should be made with the professional delivering the engagement and, where appropriate, a qualified solicitor.
You retain all rights in documents you upload. You grant us a licence to process them solely to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. White-label reports generated for a partner engagement may carry the partner's branding; responsibility for advice given alongside a report rests with the professional providing it.
We work hard on accuracy — findings are grounded in verified legislation references and reviewed by a professional before release — but no automated analysis is infallible. Output may contain errors or omissions, and legislation and case law change. The service is provided "as is", and to the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose consumer guarantees are not excluded), we exclude other warranties and limit our liability to re-supplying the relevant service.
Fees for partner engagements are set out in the applicable partner agreement or order. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the applicable partner agreement. On termination we handle retained data as described in the Privacy Policy, including deletion on request.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
