Documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
Leases, audits and reports are stored in Australia — Sydney-region (ap-southeast-2) infrastructure. Storage never leaves Australia.
During analysis, lease text is sent to our AI providers' commercial APIs, which are hosted in the United States, for processing only. Under the commercial terms we operate on, that data is not used to train models and is not retained by the provider beyond a short operational window. Every figure on a report is computed by our own deterministic code — not generated by a language model — and every statutory citation is verified against our AustLII-checked registry before it can appear.
No audit is auto-published. Every report is opened, checked and approved by a qualified reviewer in an interactive auditor workspace before it can be released under your firm's brand — so accountability sits with a person, not a black box.
Partner engagement documents are retained with your consent so engagements can be re-opened and re-audited, and are deleted on request. Where a free or anonymous check is offered, documents are analysed and not retained beyond the check itself. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
No landlord, property manager or other third party ever sees your clients' documents. An engagement is visible only to the partner firm that owns it and to authorised TenantSentry reviewers. Every audit is reviewed by a qualified professional before release.
